During the beginning of this half term in Meadow Foundation we are going to be thinking about Space. Our key question is “can you cry in space” but over the next few weeks we will also be thinking about our own space themed questions we would like to ask. We have had lots of fun exploring space so far this week.
We have loved pretending to be Astronauts and Aliens in our ‘Space Center’!
Mrs Jackson made some amazing space playdough and it has been so fun to make crazy aliens with it!
In the classroom we also have a moon tray full of glitter, moon dust and little stars. We have loved using our imagination and making up our own stories in this tray!
In the outside area we have been creating model rockets, while we have been building our rockets we have been thinking about the shapes that we are using like triangles for the wings and cones for the top.
What a week so far …
